Stabbing in Lori
On June 8, 2016 at 19:45 a call was received from “Vanadzor Medical Center” CJSC informing that Vahagn Torosyan, born in 1991, went to hospital for medical aid with “cut-pierced wound on the chest”.
On June 8, 2016 a criminal case was initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code.
Vahagn Torosyan was found an injured party, however it was impossible to interrogate him as he was under the influence of medicine.
Forensic medical examination was commissioned, a plan of joint investigatory actions and operative intelligence measures to reveal the crime was made, investigatory and procedural actions of great volume are conducted to find the circumstances of sustaining heavy bodily injury by the young man, to identify the person having committed the apparent crime.
