Within the framework of the criminal case initiated in the Investigative Division of Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code urgent investigative and other procedural actions are conducted to find out circumstances of infliction of heavy bodily damage to 34 year-old resident of Yerevan.

The call on the accident was received on February 17, 2022 at 20:35 from “Heratsi” N 1 hospital pursuant to which 34 year-old man with a diagnosis of “bleeding penetrating cut-pierced wound on the frontal part of the abdomen “ was taken to them from Adonts Street, Yerevan.

During preliminary investigation the latter was found the injured party, the criminal record-book of the hospital was examined, the clothes of the injured were confiscated, through inspection of the scene the instrument of the crime – the knife with blood-like traces, as well as its box was found and taken. A number of people were questioned, forensic examinations were commissioned. The relevant subdivision of the RA Police was assigned to take necessary measures to identify and find the person having committed the alleged crime.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
