A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on breach of rules for driving or operating vehicles which negligently caused a contractor’s death.

On October 14, 2015 at about 18:15 the water supply vehicle “ZIL 131” of the unit N fell off the steep and tuned over while taking water to the combat position.

The driver of the car, contractor B. Sarukhanyan died at the scene of bodily damages he had sustained in the result of the accident. Senior officer A. Andreasyan with bodily damages was taken to garrison hospital of Vanadzor.

A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 2 of the Article 377 of RA Criminal Code. Investigation is conducted to find the causes of the accident.
