A criminal case was initiated in Goris Investigative Division of Syuniq Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on inflicting heavy bodily damage to 17 year-old teenager. Through investigation the suspect was identified and arrested.
 

On March 8, 2016 at 23:20 a report was received from “Goris Medical Center” CJSC informing that a teenager born in August, 1998 with a cut-pierced penetrating wound on the frontal part of the abdomen was taken to the medical center.
 

On March 9, 2016 a criminal case was initiated in Goris Investigative Division of Syuniq Regional Investigative Department according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code.
 

In the result of investigatory actions conducted through preliminary investigation it was found that the teenager had been inflicted bodily damage during the row erupted on personal matters at the area called “Sour Water” of the village of Vaghatur of Syuniq region on March 8 at about 19:00. The suspect was identified who was a 24 year-old resident of the same village. The latter turned himself and gave testimony on what had happened.  
 

A. Mirzoyan was found an injured party. The suspect was arrested. Preliminary investigation is ongoing. Forensic examinations were commissioned to find circumstances significant for the criminal case.
