73 Year-Old Man allegedly Stab 70 Year-Old Fellow-Citizen
On May 7, 2020 at 12:25 a call was received from Vanadzor Medical Center informing that 70 year-old resident of Vanadzor with cut-pierced wound was taken to them.
A criminal case was initiated in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 (willful infliction of heavy bodily damage) of RA Criminal Code.
During preliminary investigation it was found out that the resident of Vanadzor had sustained the mentioned injuries during the argument with 73 year-old fellow-citizen.
The latter was found, brought to the investigative body and questioned. Signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.
Urgent investigatory and other procedural actions, including inspection of the scene were conducted during which blood-like traces were found, witnesses were questioned, confrontations, confiscations were conducted.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
