In the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee investigatory actions of great volume are conducted to find out all circumstances of abuses recorded in Shengavit Territorial Agency of Social Assistance, the real frame of those related to them. 8 people were involved as a defendant and one person was arrested.

In the result of materials prepared on the base of the reports received from citizens data were obtained on abuses committed in Shengavit Territorial Agency of Social Affairs. It was found out that the person having committed the alleged crime illegally took money from citizens to do actions in favor of them within the social assistance project.

11 criminal cases were initiated which were joint in one proceeding and investigation is conducted in the RA IC Investigative Division of Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department to find out all circumstances.

In the result of necessary investigatory and other procedural measures 9 people having committed the alleged crime were identified. 8 of them were involved as a defendant according to the Part 1 of the Article 312.1 of RA Criminal Code.

In the result of comprehensive investigation actual data were obtained on the relation of the current head of the mentioned agency who had formerly been a specialist of Shengavit Territorial Agency of Social Assistance to abuses. The latter was arrested.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
