Criminal Case on Eight Officials of State Social Security Service of the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs Sent to Court with Bill of Indictment
In the result of investigatory and other procedural actions of great volume conducted within the criminal case initiated in General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee on abuses committed by a group of officials of State Social Security Service of the RA Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs a number of circumstances of abuses committed within the processes of fuel distribution and business trips were found out.
Pursuant to the results of preliminary investigation the criminal case on eight officials with the bill of indictment was sent to court.
The damage caused by the crime (4.204.200 AMD) has been completely recovered.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
