A criminal case initiated in RA IC Internal Security Department on official negligence committed by several employees of Vagharshapat Investigative Division
A criminal case was initiated in the Department of Internal Security on official negligence committed by several employees of Vagharshapat Investigative Division of Armavir Regional Investigative Department.
On May 29, 2017 the Head of the RA IC Vagharshapat Investigative Division of Armavir Regional Investigative Department submitted a report informing that a criminal case the proceeding of which had been suspended on the base of the Point 2 of the Part 1 of the Article 31 of RA Criminal Procedure Code was missing.
By the instruction of the Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee initial examination was conducted in the RA IC Internal Security Department in the result of which actual data were obtained on the allegation that several officials of Vagharshapat Investigative Division of Armavir Regional Investigative Department had performed their duties improperly – they had displayed careless and not conscientious treatment to service. As a result, a criminal case was missing from the division inflicting significant damage to the legal interests of the state.
A criminal case was initiated in the RA IC Department of Internal Security according to the Part 1 of the Article 315 of RA Criminal Code.
The criminal case was sent to the RA Special Investigatory Service according to investigative subordination.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
