A criminal case initiated on murder of 3 servicemen and murder attempt against 4 servicemen committed by the enemy
A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on murder of three servicemen of Armenian Armed Forces committed by the enemy.
According to initial data, on 19.03.2015 at about 08:30 the diversion-intelligence group of the enemy attacked in the direction of military base of protection area of the unit N.
The servicemen Hakob Khachatryan, Arshak Harutyunyan, Eduard Hayrapetyan died of firearm injuries they had sustained in the result of military operations. Four more servicemen were inflicted bodily injuries.
A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee according to the Points 1, 6, 7, 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 104, Points 1, 6, 7, 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-104 of RA Criminal Code.
Preliminary investigation is being conducted.
