Murder in Ajapnyak; criminal case initiated
A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of the RA Investigative Committee on murder of 56 year-old man.
On November 20, 2016 a call was received from medical center informing that on the same day at 17:30 a 56 year-old man with diagnosis of “firearm injury, clinical death” was taken to medical center and died without regaining consciousness.
Considering that there are apparent crime elements in the report a criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 104 and the Part 1 of the Article 235 of RA Criminal Code.
Necessary investigatory actions are conducted to find all circumstances of the case, to identify the person having committed the apparent crime.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
