A criminal case initiated on murder of Armenian servicemen and murder attempt committed by a diversion-intelligence group of the enemy
On 23.01.2015 at about 09:00 according to preliminary data the diversion-intelligence group of the enemy attacked the military post of protection area of the unit N. Lieutenant Karen Galstyan and serviceman Artak Sargsyan died of the firearm bodily injuries they had received in the result of military actions.
Serviceman Hovhannes Avanesyan was wounded, as well. The latter is in critical condition.
A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee according to the Points 1, 7 and 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 and the Points 7 and 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-104.
Preliminary investigation is under way.
