A criminal case initiated on murder of conscript of RA Armed Forces Arman Udumyan committed by the enemy
A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on murder of the conscript of RA Armed Forces Arman Udumyan committed out of motives of national, race or religious hate or fanatism.
On 21.01.2015 at about 18:00 with intend of murder, out of motives of national, race and religious hate and fanatism a shot was fired by the enemy from a firearm at the direction of the conscript of the unit N Arman Udumyan who was on military duty in the military post of the protection area of the same unit. As a result, the latter died of firearm injury he had received on his head.
A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
