A criminal case initiated on murder of serviceman Suren Pilosyan by the enemy
A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on murder of RA serviceman Suren Pilosyan out of motives of national, race or religious hate or fanatism.
On 20.01.2015 at about 01:45 with intend of murder, out of motives of national, race and religious hate and fanatism a shot was fired by the enemy from a large-caliber firearm at the direction of the serviceman of the unit N Suren Pilosyan who was on military duty in the military post of the protection area of the same unit. As a result, the latter died of firearm injury he had received on his head.
A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code. Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
