Aghvan Hovsepyan leaving for Russian Federation on working visit
The delegation headed by the Chairman of the RA Investigative Committee Aghvan Hovsepyan today is leaving for Saint Petersburg (Russian Federation) to take part in the first joint board session of the investigative committees of the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation.
During the trilateral session a wide range of issues on legal cooperation and experience exchange will be discussed.
The Armenian party will have three speeches on issues about providing legal aid in the context of international-legal cooperation, peculiarities, problems of obtaining separate evidence within international-legal cooperation and their permissibility, international-legal cooperation in military crimes and criminal procedure.
