A criminal case was initiated in Vayots Dzor Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on the incident that took place in Vayots Dzor on May 15 during which 1 person was killed, 5 persons sustained bodily injuries.
 

On May 15, 2016 at about 23:15 a call was received from “Yeghegnadzor” medical center informing that the residents of Yeghegnadzor S. Harutyunyan, born in 1991, with diagnosis of “penetrating wound on the abdomen, damage of stomach”, L. Grigoryan, born in 1994, with diagnosis of “not penetrating blind wound on the right half of the chest” and S. Hovakimyan with diagnosis of “penetrating wound on the left part of the chest” were taken to medical center. The latter died there without regaining consciousness.
 

On the same day at about 01:00 a call was received from “Vayq” medical center informing that on May 15 at 23:55 the resident of Yeghegnadzor E. Babayan, born in 1991, with diagnosis of “stabbed wound on the abdomen”, and on May 16 at 02:00 A. Babayan, born in 1986, with diagnosis of “head laceration, cut-pierced wounds on the seat” were taken to medical center.  
 

In the result of measures taken in the framework of preliminary investigation it was found that the mentioned persons were inflicted bodily injuries on May 15, 2016 at about 23:00 during the row that took place in the yard of auto parts shop located on Yerevanyan roadway of Yeghegnadzor town. Besides, it was found that during the same row bodily damage was also inflicted to the resident of Yeghegnadzor H. Hovakimyan, born in 1971, who did not go to medical center.
 

A criminal case was initiated in Vayots Dzor Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 104, the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-104, the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 112 and the Part 4 of the Article 258 of RA Criminal Code.
 

Preliminary investigation is conducted. Measures are taken to find the circumstances, the frame of participants of the incident, to personalize the actions of each of them.
