In the framework of the criminal case investigated in the Investigative Division of Qanaqer-Zeytun administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee 60 year-old woman’s stabbing was disclosed, the suspect was arrested.

On June 28 a call was received informing that manslaughter was being committed in one of the flats of the house 3 of K. Ulnetsi Street.

In the result of urgent measures it was found out that an argument over domestic disagreements took place in the mentioned flat which went on outside at the house. During the argument the 41 year-old man stabbed his wife’s mother at the left part of her chest inflicting cut-pierced penetrating injury.

A criminal case was initiated according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code preliminary investigation of which is conducted in the Investigative Division of Qanaqer-Zeytun administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.

41 year-old man was found and on July 4 was arrested on suspicion of inflicting heavy bodily injury to his wife’s mother.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
