Through investigation conducted in Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee all circumstances of squandering and official forgery committed by the director of  “Vanadzor’s Children and Youth Specialized Sports School for Athletics Olympic Shift” SNCO were found out.

Factual data were obtained on the allegation that the director of “Vanadzor’s Children and Youth Specialized Sports School for Athletics Olympic Shift” SNCO, holding the mentioned position from 2006 to 2019, registered his relatives in the same organization as employees who did not attend work at all, did not implement their service duties. However the director did not dismiss them from work and with the help and through his secretary involved false information in working time calculation bulletins, confirmed them with his signature and the organization seal and handed them to “Accountant” CNCO of Vanadzor Municipality.

Then the director, abusing his official position, having the bank cards and passwords of the mentioned employees at his disposal, cashed the salary amount calculated in the employee’s names and used it for his personal needs thus swindling money from the budget entrusted to him.

On the base of the obtained sufficient evidence charge was pressed against the SNCO director according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 179 (2 counts), the Point 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 179 and the Part 1 of the Article 314 (25 counts) of RA Criminal Code. Signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against him. A decision was made to stop criminal prosecution against the secretary on the basis of active repentance.

Preliminary investigation was completed and the criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to court.
