Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on armed incident that took place in Gyumri on the evening of March 7, 2015 is ongoing in Shirak Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee, in the framework of which a charge was pressed against three persons.
 

Taking the public interest into consideration we inform that on the base of the obtained evidence, charge was pressed against H. Tonoyan, H. Gevorgyan, D. Hakobyan who were arrested on suspicion of committing hooliganism combined with violence with a group of people. Imprisonment was chosen as a pretrial measure against them.
 

Preliminary investigation of the criminal case is ongoing. Necessary investigative and operative-searching measures are taken to provide the comprehensive examination of all the circumstances of the case, to identify all the participants, as well as to reveal the actions of each participant.
 

The appropriate subdivisions of the police were instructed to take necessary measures to find P. Araqelyan, Ashot and Garnik Grigoryans who are under persecution.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
