Investigation is conducted in the Investigative Division of Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to find out circumstances of 20 year-old woman's death. Young woman's 30 year-old husband was arrested.

On November 11, 2018 at 09:05 a call was received in Shengavit Division of the Police from «Erebuni» medical center informing that a young woman, born in 1998, with a diagnosis of «polytrauma» was taken to them by the 44th ambulance group. The woman was not able to give explanations, however, according to ambulance doctor, the woman had been beaten.

Materials were prepared during which the young woman's husband, born in 1988, gave explanations.

On November 12, 2018 at 12:25 a call was received from «Erebuni» medical center informing that 20 year-old woman died in medical center without regaining consciousness.

A criminal case was initiated in Shengavit Division of the Police according to the Point 14 of the Part 2 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code which was sent to the Investigative Division of Shengavit administrative district and received in proceeding.

Investigatory and other procedural actions were immediately conducted. On the base of the obtained factual data a decision was made to arrest the young woman's husband.

Preliminary investigation is conducted.
