Criminal Case Initiated on Abuses in Polyclinic N 19 received in Proceeding
The criminal case initiated on abuses in polyclinic N 19 CJSC was received in the Investigative Division of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
Through investigation of the criminal case it was found out that a few employees gave explanations in the police informing that salaries were deducted, unreasonable payments were made, inhuman treatment was shown by the director.
A criminal case was initiated in the RA Police Malatia Division according to the Part 1 of the Article 308 of RA Criminal Code. On June 11 the criminal case was received in the proceeding of the Investigative Division of Malatia-Sebastia administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
Investigation is conducted. Measures are taken to provide the comprehensive, complete and objective investigation of all circumstances of the case, to identify those having committed the alleged crime and to give appropriate criminal legal assessment to their actions.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
