Criminal Case Initiated on Infliction of Firearm Injuries to Servicemen Committed by Enemy
On March 30, 2020 at about 18:40 out of motives of national, race or religious hate or fanatism for the purpose of depriving two or more people from life a group of servicemen of the enemy attempted to realize a diversion incursion towards the combat bases of the protection area of unit N of the RA Ministry of Defense and fired shots from firearms.
At the same time, from combat bases of the enemy shots were fired towards the mentioned and other combat bases. As a result, Senior Lieutenant D. Mirzoyan, contractor A. Kyureghyan and Sub-officer S. Galstyan sustained bodily injuries.
A criminal case was initiated in the Sixth Garrison Investigative Unit of General Military Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Points 1, 7 and 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-104 of RA Criminal Code.
Preliminary investigation is conducted.
