Criminal Case Initiated on Murder of Serviceman Mushegh Abovyan
On October 3, 2019 at about 18:20 in the result of the shot fired by the enemy towards the protection area of the unit N serviceman Mushegh Abovyan sustained a fatal firearm injury at the region of the face.
A criminal case was initiated in the Sixth Garrison Investigative Unit of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code.
Investigation is conducted.
