Criminal Case Initiated on Sustaining Fatal Firearm Injury by Serviceman
On March 10, 2020 at about 15:30 in the result of the shot fired by the enemy towards the combat base of protection area of the unit N serviceman Zohrab Sianosyan sustained a fatal firearm injury at the lower region of the neck.
A criminal case was initiated in the Eighth Garrison Investigative Unit of General Military Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code.
Preliminary investigation is conducted.
