A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 and the Point 6 of the Part 2 of the Article 113 of RA Criminal Code.

On September 5, 2018 at 02:05 a call was received in Shengavit Division of the RA Police from “Astghik” medical center informing that residents of Yerevan with “cut-pierced wound on the abdomen” and “pierced wound on the left thigh” were taken to medical center.

At 01:30 a call was received from “Saint Mary” medical center informing that a citizen, born in 1987, with “lacerated wound on the right thigh” was taken to medical center.

A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal code.

In the result of investigatory actions conducted within the criminal case sufficient evidence were obtained on the allegation that during the argument over scolding a citizen’s wife in his car of “BMW-X5” make which had taken place in Nerkin Shengavit 5 Street of Yerevan, at the area called “Khachkar” located at the crossing of Nerkin Shengavit 6 and 13 streets out of hooliganism the citizen willfully stabbed citizens with a cutting-piercing item which he had taken in advance causing damages of medium gravity then fled.   

On September 5, 2018 a criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 6 of the Part 2 of the Article 113 of RA Criminal Code.

On September 5, 2018 a writ was received informing that the person having committed the alleged crime left the RA area from Zvartnots airport.

Through preliminary investigation 3 citizens were found the injured party and questioned.

On September 10, 2018 search was declared against the person having committed the alleged crime, detention was chosen as a pretrial measure.

Preliminary investigation is under way.
