In the result of necessary investigatory actions conducted in the framework of the criminal case investigated in Artik Investigative Division of Shirak Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee abuses committed at Children and Youth Sports School of Maralik, mechanism of swindling were revealed, the amount of damage inflicted to the state was found which was fully restored.  
 

Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated in November, 2016 in the Investigative Department of the RA National Security Service adjunct to Government on abuses recorded at “Children and Youth Sports School” SNCO went on in Artik Investigative Division of Shirak Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee from December, 2016.
 

In the result of investigatory actions of great volume conducted in the framework of the criminal case actual data were obtained on the allegation that from 2013 to 2016 several persons were formulated on positions of some trainers who, in fact, did not go to and the salary dispensed in their names were squandered. According to the evidence obtained through investigation, school headmaster was also formulated as a trainer of Greco-Roman wrestling at sports school who, in fact, did not carry out trainer’s functions.
 

According to preliminary investigation data, the money squandered through abuses recorded at sports school is 4 .665.405 AMD. Sports school headmaster involved as a suspect was interrogated and gave testimony on abuses revealed. The suspect fully restored the damage inflicted to the state; the damage inflicted to the state - 4 .665.405 AMD was presented to the investigative body – Artik Investigative Division which was transferred to deposit account of the RA Investigative Committee.
