Within Criminal Case on Apparent Abuses in “Charentsavan Primary School N 3 after Catholicos of All Armenians Vazgen A” SNCO Charge Pressed against Former Headmaster
In the result of necessary investigatory and procedural actions conducted in Charentsavan Investigative Division of Kotayk Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee a number of circumstances of apparent squandering committed by the former headmaster of “Charentsavan Primary School N 3 after Catholicos of All Armenians Vazgen A” SNCO were found out. Charge was pressed against the latter.
Through investigation it was found out that the former headmaster of “Charentsavan Primary School N 3 after Catholicos of All Armenians Vazgen A” SNCO, holding the mentioned position from 2005 to 2018 and being an official, from July, 2011 to September 1, 2015 registered a number of people in SNCO who did not attend work at all, made and confirmed official documents based on which money in large amount - 2.295.546 AMD was withdrawn from state budget and squandered.
On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against the former headmaster of the mentioned school according to the Points 1 and 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 179 and the Part 1 of the Article 314 of RA Criminal Code. Signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
