Four persons arrested on suspicion of serviceman’s murder
In the result of the joint measures implemented together with the appropriate subdivisions of Military Police in the framework of the criminal case initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on murder of the serviceman of the unit N located in Yerevan, Haykaz Barseghyan committed by a group of people, 4 persons were arrested.
The suspects Vache Sahakyan, Movses Azaryan, Gnel Tevosyan and Norik Sahakyan were arrested on suspicion of the serviceman H. Barseghyan’s murder.
On 29 January, 2015 at about 06:35 the serviceman of the unit N located in Yerevan, Haykaz Barseghyan was found hung with a rope from the high bar of the sports ground of the same unit.
A criminal case was initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 7 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code. An investigative group was formed.
In the framework of the criminal case measures are taken to find all the circumstances of the case, as well as to provide its comprehensive examination.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
