Four servicemen charged with murder of their fellow serviceman out of hooliganism
Charge was pressed against four fellow servicemen in the framework of the criminal case initiated in General Military Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on murder of the serviceman of the unit N located in Yerevan, Haykaz Barseghyan.
On the base of the obtained evidence the servicemen of the same unit Vache Sahakyan, Movses Azaryan, Gnel Tevosyan and Norik Sahakyan were charged according to the Points 7 and 10 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code for murder out of hooliganism committed by a group of persons. Detainment was chosen as a pretrial measure against them.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
In the framework of the criminal case measures are taken to find all the circumstances of the case, as well as to provide its comprehensive examination.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
