Through preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on murder of the serviceman of Military Institute after V. Sargsyan of RA Ministry of Defense Haykaz Barseghyan another episode of humiliation of honor and self-esteem of the serviceman was revealed.
 

By the evidence obtained through preliminary investigation it was found that on January 28, 2015 at about 20:00 after the concert organized on the anniversary of formation of RA Armed Forces at the National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet after Alexander Spendiaryan on the way to the military institute the cadet A. Martirosyan argued with the cadet of the same platoon Haykaz Barseghyan in the bus attached to the military unit. During the row he scolded and pushed the latter in this way humiliating his honor and self-esteem.
 

A separate proceeding was separated from the criminal case initiated on Haykaz Barseghyan’s murder. On the base of the evidence obtained through preliminary investigation of the separated proceeding a charge was pressed against A. Martirosyan according to the Part 1 of the Article 360 of RA Criminal Code for insulting the serviceman the preliminary investigation of which is completed. The criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor supervising the legality of the preliminary investigation. The bill of indictment was confirmed and the case was sent to the Court of First Instance of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts
 

Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on Haykaz Barseghyan’s murder is ongoing.
