Head of Community of Yeraskh Received Shrapnel Injury
A criminal case was initiated with regard of the fact of receiving shrapnel injury by the head of community of Yeraskh - Radik Rafik Oghikyan on murder attempt committed in a way dangerous for many people’s life motivated by national, racial or regional hatred or regional fanaticism.
On 19 July, 2021 at about 23:30 the head of the administrative district of the village of Yeraskh of Ararat Marz – Radik Rafik Oghikyan, being at the combat base of protection area of the unit N of the RA Ministry of Defense, during mutual shooting with enemy received shrapnel injury on the area of the right arm.
A criminal case was initiated in the Eighth garrison investigative unit of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Points 6 and 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-104 of RA Criminal Code.
Preliminary investigation is underway.
