In the Result of Shots Fired by Enemy Houses of Residents of Baghanis Damaged; Criminal Case Initiated
On March 30, 2020 at about 18:30 for the purpose of depriving two or more people from life, in a way dangerous for the life of many people, out of motives of national, race or religious hate or fanatism shots were fired with firearms of several calibers from enemy bases towards the village of Baghanis of Noyemberyan community of Tavush province.
As a result, the roofs and window glasses of seven residents of Baghanis, as well as the entrance door of the school canteen were damaged.
Inspections of the scenes were conducted in the result of which balls of several calibers were found.
A criminal case was initiated in Noyemberyan Investigative Division of Tavush Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Points 1, 6 and 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-104 of RA Criminal Code (murder attempt against two or more people in a way dangerous for the life of many people, out of motives of national, race or religious hate or fanatism).
Preliminary investigation is conducted.
