Investigation is conducted in three investigative divisions of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to find out circumstances of death of 10 residents of Yerevan, as well as going blind of 2 residents of Yerevan.

5 criminal cases are investigated in the Investigative Division of Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on 5 people’s death as a result of alcohol intoxication according to the Point 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 279 of RA Criminal Code and one more criminal case is investigated on 1 person’s going blind according to the Part 1 of the Article 279 of RA Criminal Code.

4 criminal cases are investigated in the Investigative Division of Avan and Nor Nork administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on 4 people’s death as a result of alcohol intoxication according to the Point 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 279 of RA Criminal Code and one more criminal case is investigated on 1 person’s going blind according to the Part 1 of the Article 279 of RA Criminal Code.

1 criminal case is investigated in the Investigative Division of Ajapnyak and Davtashen administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on 1 person’s death as a result of alcohol intoxication according to the Point 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 279 of RA Criminal Code.

Within the criminal cases investigated in the investigative divisions of the mentioned administrative districts investigatory and other procedural actins of great volume are conducted to find out all circumstances of 10 people’s death and 2 people’s going blind, as well as the source of the alcohol beverage.
