Investigation Conducted to Find out Circumstances of Infliction of Heavy Bodily Damage to 53 Year-Old Man’s Health
On June 20, 2020 at 20:30 53 year-old resident of Yerevan submitted a report informing that on the same day at about 18:00 during the argument on monetary matters in the financial company operating on Baghramyan Street, Yerevan the director of the same company hit him with hands on different parts of his body, he also fired on his left eye at the entrance of the company causing bodily injuries.
During preparation of materials the director of the company turned himself to Arabkir Police Division and presented the gas pistol.
Pursuant to the result of forensic medical examination 53 year-old man was caused heavy bodily damage considering the loss of organ function.
A criminal case was initiated in the RA Police according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code (willful infliction of heavy bodily damage) preliminary investigation of which is conducted in the Investigative Division of Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
Within the criminal case 53 year-old man was found the injured party and gave testimony. Signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against the company director.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
