Investigation Conducted to Find out Circumstances of Serviceman’s Death
On June 13, 2019 at about 17:05 in the result of the shot fired by the enemy towards the protection area of the unit N serviceman Artyom Khachatryan sustained firearm injury. A. Khachatryan died on the way to military hospital.
A criminal case was initiated in the Third Garrison Investigative Unit according to the Point 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 of RA Criminal Code.
Preliminary investigation is conducted.
