In the framework of the criminal case investigated in General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee today the investigator made decisions on temporary suspension of tenure of Chief of State Health Agency of the Staff of RA Ministry of Health Saro Tsaturyan and Head of Yerevan City Center of the agency Arsen Sedrakyan.
 

It was earlier informed that on the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against Chief of State Health Agency Saro Tsaturyan, Head of Yerevan City Center of State Health Agency Arsen Sedrakyan, former Head of Medical Service Purchasing and Information Unit of the agency Samvel Kharazyan according to the Part 2 of the Article 308 of RA Criminal Code (abuse of official authority which negligently caused grave consequences). Signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against them.
 

Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on making false vouchers to the resort and selling them from 2012 to 2014 by the officials of the RA Ministry of Health is ongoing in the proceeding of General Department of Investigation of Particularly Important Cases of the RA Investigative Committee.
 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
