Minor’s stabbing in Shirak
On November 12, 2015 at 21:25 a call was received from “Austrian” hospital of Gyumri informing that a minor resident of Shirak region with cut-pierced not penetrating wound on the left lateral surface of the abdomen, bleeding and hematoma was taken to hospital. Through inspection of the register-book of court cases of the hospital it was found that the minor told that he had fallen and had been damaged with a hand knife while collecting cabbages in the field.
Whereas the minor’s father submitted a written report informing that his son had been stabbed and inflicted a bodily damage by a fellow villager who was also a minor. The latter was identified.
Investigation is conducted in Akhuryan Investigative Division of Shirak Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee to provide the comprehensive and objective investigation of circumstances of the case.
The injured minor is receiving stationary treatment and according to the doctor’s certificate he is not able to give any explanation. The clothes the two minors were wearing at the moment of crime were taken.
Forensic medical and criminological examinations were commissioned to find circumstances significant for the case, the appropriate subdivisions of the police were instructed to take operative-intelligence measures.
