A criminal case was initiated in Kotayq Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee on murder attempt against a 31 year-old woman. In the result of investigatory actions the motive of murder was found, the person having committed the apparent crime was identified.
 

On March 9, 2016 at 20:30 a call was received from polyclinics of Nor-Hachn informing that a woman with bleeding injuries was found on Mrgashen-Qanaqeravan road of Kotayq region. At the site it was found that the latter was Ruzan Khudoyan, born in 1985, who was taken to medical center with numerous cut-pierced injuries on her face and different parts of her body.
 

According to initial data the injured had been stabbed on the same day from 17:00 to 17:30 by her cousin who then escaped.
 

A criminal case was initiated according to the Part 1 of the Article 34-104 of RA Criminal Code.
 

In the result of investigatory actions conducted through preliminary investigation the motive of the crime, a number of circumstances of the case were found.
 

The relevant subdivisions of the police were tasked to take measures to find the person having committed the apparent crime and bring him to the investigative body.
