In the framework of the criminal case initiated in Vedi Investigative Division of Ararat Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Point 6 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-104, the Part 1 of the Article 235 and the Points 1 and 2 of the Part 2 of the Article 185 of RA Criminal Code investigative and other procedural actions are conducted to find out circumstances of murder attempt committed against the resident of Vedi.

On December 31, 2021 the latter submitted a report to Ararat Police Division informing that on the same day at about 10:00 while driving his car of “Vaz 21214” make, parked in the yard of the house located in Kasyan Street, Vedi, backward for 3-4 km, he heard a strange noise from under the car after which he got out of the car and noticing that there was a cable hanging from under the car, entered the house and then heard the sound of explosion.

In the result of taken measures the amount of the pecuniary damage caused by the explosion was found out, the man was found the injured party and was questioned. Relevant forensic examinations were commissioned.

The relevant subdivision of the RA Police was assigned to take necessary measures to identify and find the person having committed the alleged crime.

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
