One more Criminal Case Initiated on Shots Fired by Enemy towards Chinar Settlement
On July 13, 2020 at about 15:10 from enemy combat bases adjacent to the settlement Chinar of Berd community of Tavush province at Armenian-Azerbajanian border, out of motives of national, race or religious hate or fanatism for the purpose of depriving two or more people from life and willful destruction of property shots were fired towards the houses of two residents of the same settlement located in Street 12. However, the crime was not completed and the external walls and windows of the mentioned houses were spoilt in a flammable way.
On the same day a criminal case was initiated in Berd Investigative Division of Tavush Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Points 6, 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-104 (murder attempt) and the Points 1 and 4 of the Part 2 of the Article 185 (willful destruction or spoilage of property) of RA Criminal Code.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
