Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on willful infliction of physical pain or mental sufferance committed by a son against mother was completed in Armavir Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee. Charge was pressed against the son.

Pursuant to data obtained during preliminary investigation, the man, born in 1945, together with his mother living in their apartment located in Armavir town, often being under the influence of alcohol beat his mother causing strong pain and bodily injuries.  

On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against the man, born in 1945, according to the Part 1 of the Article 119 of RA Criminal Code. Signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.

Preliminary investigation was completed and the criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to court.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
