In the result of investigative and other procedural actions conducted in Shirak Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee a number of circumstances of abuse of official authorities, swindling through squandering and official forgery committed by the head of Gusanagyugh community were found out.

Through investigation factual data were obtained on the allegation that the head of Gusanagyugh community, holding the mentioned position from November, 2005, using the official position against the service interests, from 2015 to 2016 signing grant agreements between the municipality and “Pasture Users' Union of Gusanagyugh Community” consumer cooperative headed by his son, transferred money in large amount - 1.426.000 AMD to the cooperative thus swindling it by squandering.

Besides, reaching prior agreement with the head of the staff of the municipality, entering obviously false data in official documents and circulating them, presented them to Shirak provincial administration and tractors of “SPU-4” and “MTZ-82.1” make worth 9.475.326 AMD in total, were given to the above-mentioned cooperative with the right of ownership. As a result, significant damage causing grave consequences was caused to the rights and legal interests of the community.

On the base of the obtained sufficient evidence charge was pressed against the head of Gusanagyugh community according to the Points 1 and 3 of the Part 2 of the Article 179, the Part 2 of the Article 308 and the Part 1 of the Article 314 of RA Criminal Code. Signature not to leave was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.

Preliminary investigation was completed and was sent to the prosecutor with the motion to confirm the bill of indictment and to send it to court.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
