Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on stabbing three persons was completed in Stepanavan Investigative Division of Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
 

On December 29, 2015 a call was received from “Stepanavan Medical Center” CJSC informing that three persons with cut-pierced wounds were taken to hospital, two of them were minors.
 

A criminal case was initiated in Stepanavan Investigative Division of Lori Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee and necessary investigatory actions were conducted to find the circumstances of the case.
 

According to preliminary investigation data, the mentioned three persons were inflicted bodily injuries at the row erupted in municipal park of Stepanavan; during the row erupted between the young men one of the minor participants of the incident stabbed three persons with a clasp knife that was with him in the result of which two of them were inflicted heavy bodily damage, one of them – light bodily damage.
 

On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against the person having committed the apparent crime according to the Point 1 of the Part 2 of the Article 112 (willful infliction of heavy damage to two or more persons) and the Article 117 of RA Criminal Code (willful infliction of light damage). Detention was used as a pretrial measure against him.
 

The criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to the prosecutor supervising the legality of preliminary investigation of the criminal case.
