Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on using violence against 23 year-old woman was completed in the Investigative Division of Shengavit administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee. On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against the latter’s husband.

Pursuant to data obtained through preliminary investigation of the criminal case on July 16, 2017 at about 23:30 the resident of Yerevan, 33 year-old man argued with his wife over domestic matters in their flat during which he hit her on the head, face and several parts of her body inflicting light damage to her health.

On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against husband according to the Article 117 of RA Criminal Code.

The criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to court.
