Preliminary investigation on the part of two defendants in the criminal case investigated on murder committed on January 6 in “Musa Ler” hotel complex was completed in Armavir Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee.
 

It was earlier informed that on January 6, 2016 an argument took place in “Musa Ler” hotel complex during which the person having committed the apparent crime with the purpose of illegal deprivation of two or more persons from life willfully fired towards the residents of the village of Taronik Aram Karapetyan and Armen Khlghatyan with a firearm that was with him. Aram Karapetyan died of firearm injury he had sustained, Armen Khlghatyan with firearm injuries was taken to hospital.
 

In the result of investigatory and procedural actions of great volume conducted in the framework of the criminal case the circumstances of the case were found, the frame of the persons involved was found, the actions of each of them were personalized, the person having fired towards A. Karapetyan and A. Khlghatyan was identified.
 

On the base of the evidence obtained through criminal case four persons were involved as a defendant and search was declared against two of them.
 

Particularly, on the base of the evidence the investigator made a decision to involve S. Tovmasyan as a defendant according to the Point 1 of the Part 3 of the Article 258 (hooliganism by a group of persons) of RA Criminal Code, A. Babayan - according to the Point 1 of the Part 3 of the Article 258 (hooliganism by a group of persons), the Point 10 of the Part 2 of the Article 104 (murder out of hooliganism), the Points 1 and 10 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-104 (murder attempt against two or more persons out of hooliganism) and the Part 1 of the Article 235 (illegal procurement, keeping, carrying of weapon) of RA Criminal Code. Search was declared against them.
 

Through investigation sufficient evidence were obtained that the residents of Ejmiatsin A. Paravyan and Kh. Khachikyan were also involved in the incident that took place in the mentioned complex. Charge was pressed against A. Paravyan according to the Point 1 of the Part 3 of the Article 258 (hooliganism committed by a group of persons or an organized group) of RA Criminal Code, Kh. Khachikyan was charged according to the Part 1 of the Article 258 (hooliganism) of RA Criminal Code.
 

The criminal case on the part of the mentioned two defendants was separated as a separate proceeding, preliminary investigation was completed and the criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to court.
 

Preliminary investigation on the part of S. Tovmasyan and A. Babayan is ongoing. The competent bodies were tasked to take necessary operative-searching measures to find the persons under persecution and bring them to the investigative body.  
 

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
