Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on willful infliction of heavy bodily damage to fellow villager committed by the resident of Nalbandyan village was completed in Armavir Regional Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee. Charge was pressed against 41 year-old man.

Pursuant to data obtained through investigation, on June 18, 2019 at about 19:00 during the quarrel on domestic matters at the cemetery the person having committed the alleged crime willfully stabbed his fellow villager, born in 1964, causing heavy bodily damage.

On the base of the obtained evidence charge was pressed against 41 year-old man according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code and detention was chosen as a pretrial measure against him.

Preliminary investigation was completed and the criminal case with the bill of indictment was sent to court.

Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
