Through preliminary investigation of the criminal case investigated in Shirak Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on the traffic accident which took place on 10 November on the 108th km of Yerevan-Gyumri highway causing 7 people's death, a number of circumstances of the case were found and the victims were identified.
 

According to data obtained through the investigation the resident of Hrazdan town, M. Vardanyan, who was a driver at «Imex Group» LLC, on 10 November, 2014 at about 19:20 was traveling from Artik to Gyumri in truck attached to him - «Kamaz-53202» with 533 SU 61 registration plate.
 

On the 108th km of Yerevan-Gyumri highway, traveling in the secondary road, M. Vardanyan entered the main road and crashed into «GAZ-32213» with 0811 Լ registration plate. After the crash a fire broke in «GAZ-32213» in the result of which the driver of «GAZ-32213» and 6 passengers died at the scene of bodily injuries and burns. 
 

Taking the public interest into consideration, the data of the victims are published;
 

-Marine Nazaryan (55 years old, Gyumri),

-Aramayis Tumanyan (60 years old, Gyumri),
-Vanik Sargsyan (19 years old, Gyumri),

-Habet Sedrakyan (52 years old, village of Akhuryan, Shirak region),
-Gayane Sedrakyan (59 years old, village of Akhuryan, Shirak region),

-Razmik Mkrtchyan (59 years old, Gyumri, the driver of «GAZ-32213»),
-Davit Harutyunyan ( 20 years old, Gyumri).
 

The scene was inspected. Complex forensic examinations were appointed.
 

The driver of «Kamaz-53202» M. Vardanyan was arrested on suspicion of the Part 3 of the Article 242 of RA Criminal Code.
 

Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
