Those affected by the activities of the manager of LLC “Time Travel Club” are asked to turn to the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts
Preliminary investigation of the criminal case initiated on swindling money by the manager of LLC “Time Travel Club” on the pretext of acquiring tickets and hotel packages is ongoing in the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq-Marash administrative districts of Yerevan Investigative Department.
Through the materials prepared on the base of the written report submitted by a citizen it was found that the latter had signed a contract with the manager of the mentioned company on acquiring tickets and hotel packages for which the citizen paid. However, the tickets and packages were not fixed and the money paid by the citizen was embezzled.
A criminal case was initiated according to the Point 2 of the Part 2 of the Article 178 of RA Criminal Code.
During preliminary investigation it was found that the frame of the affected persons is more extended. Three more persons turned to the investigative body and submitted a written report on the activities of the manager of the company.
Those who were affected by the activities of the manager of LLC “Time Travel Club” are asked by the investigative body to turn to the Investigative Division of Kentron and Norq-Marash (Address: 90 Vratsyan, Yerevan).
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
