Three persons sustained firearm injuries in the result of shots fired by the enemy in the village of Vazashen; a criminal case initiated
A criminal case was initiated in Tavush Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee on murder attempt against two or more persons committed in a way dangerous for many people’s life out of motives of national, racial or religious hatred or religious fanatism.
On September 3, 2015 at about 20:35 shots were fired from weapons of several calibers from combat positions located in the Republic of Azerbaijan towards the village of Vazashen, Tavush region in a way dangerous for many people’s life out of motives of national, racial or religious hatred or religious fanatism, with the intention to deprive two or more persons from life. As a result, the residents of the village of Paravaqar, H. Brutyan, H. Gharabaghtsyan and A. Ghazakhyan, who were in the mentioned village at that moment, sustained shrapnel bodily injuries and were taken to a medical center.
A criminal case was initiated in Tavush Regional Investigative Department of RA Investigative Committee according to the Points 2, 6 and 13 of the Article 34-104 of RA Criminal Code.
Preliminary investigation is under way.
