Willful Infliction of Heavy Bodily Damage to 46 Year-Old Man Disclosed
In the result of investigatory and other procedural actions conducted in the Investigative Division of Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee willful infliction of heavy bodily damage to 46 year-old man's health was disclosed.
On January 4, 2020 at about 01:30 a call was received in Arabkir Police Division from «Astghik» medical center informing that 46 year-old resident of Yerevan with a diagnosis of «cut-pierced penetrating wound on the chest» was taken to them.
A criminal case was initiated in the Investigative Division of Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan Investigative Department of the RA Investigative Committee according to the Part 1 of the Article 112 of RA Criminal Code. 46 year-old man was found the injured party.
In the result of investigatory actions it was found out that 46 year-old man had sustained the bodily injury on January 3 at about 23:00 during the argument that took place in Vratsakan Street of Yerevan.
In the result of necessary investigatory and other procedural actions the person having committed the alleged crime was identified; he is a resident of Yerevan, born in 1987. The investigator submitted a motion to court to use detention as a pretrial measure against him. It was sufficed.
Forensic medical examination was commissioned to find out circumstances significant for the criminal case.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
Note; Everyone charged with alleged crime offence shall be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law.
