7 more Criminal Cases Initiated on Gross Violations of Ceasefire, Firing Shots towards a Number of Settlements of Tavush Province, Armenian Military Bases with Weapons of Several Calibers by Armed Forces of Azerbaijan
As it was already informed 30 criminal cases were initiated in the RA Investigative Committee on shots fired from 12 to 16 July, 2020 by the armed forces of Azerbaijan towards a number of settlements of Tavush province and Armenian military bases with heavy artillery, grenade launchers and other weapons out of motives of national, race or religious hate or fanatism for the purpose of depriving two or more people from life and willful destruction of property, as well as damages caused by them according to the Points 1, 6, 7, 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 104, the Points 6 and 13 of the Part 2 of the Article 34-104 and the Points 1 and 4 of the Part 2 of the Article 185 of RA Criminal Code and preliminary investigation is conducted.

On July 17, 2020 7 more criminal cases were initiated according to the above-mentioned articles and preliminary investigation is conducted.

Thus, 37 criminal cases in total were initiated and are investigated in the RA Investigative Committee on cases of gross violations of ceasefire, firing shots towards peaceful civilians of a number of settlements of Tavush province, Armenian military bases with weapons of several calibers by the armed forces of Azerbaijan. Investigatory and procedural actions of great volume are conducted within the criminal cases.
